We are ready to set sail with you across the Prince William Sound for the 4th Annual Glaciers & Guitars Acoustic Cruise…Saturday, May 21st. The Moose @ 96.3, 92.9 KFAT, Oldies 102.1, and 92.1 Bob FM, and Major Marine Tours invite you to join us in Whittier for a three hour cruise to Blackstone Bay and back through Prince William Sound. You’ll be on board Major Marine’s Fairweather Express II for evening of breathtaking scenery, towering waterfalls, gorgeous glaciers and great times.
During the cruise enjoy live music from Alaska’s own Ken Peltier and Friends…there will be a no-host bar and enjoy the fantastic Prime Rib & Salmon Dinner…
The cruise will leave the dock at 6 p.m. in Whittier on Saturday evening, May 21st. Please remember that traffic through the Anton Anderson Tunnel in Portage Valley allows travel to Whittier on the half-hour each hour. The last chance to get through the tunnel to be on time will be 5:30 p.m. The tunnel traffic time is can be affected by any railroad traffic to or from Whittier. To make sure you’re on time, you may wish to be on hand to take the 4:30 tunnel drive and enjoy a little extra time in Whittier.
If you don't want to make the drive, we will have a shuttle available at the Pre-Party at Eddie's Sports Bar. The shuttle will be leaving around 4 PM, so please join us early!
Tickets are just $90 per person, or $120 with shuttle, so buy now as space is very limited!
